MOP is not a single event or a one-size program. It is an ecosystem of formation — rhythms, relationships, and moments designed to develop a man from the inside out.

Our cohorts are the heartbeat of MOP. Small groups of committed men walk through structured teaching series together, meeting consistently over a defined season. This is where iron sharpens iron — where teaching meets accountability and conviction turns into change.
Grow. Outgrow. ReGrow. — A formation series anchored in the life of Joseph. Men trace Joseph's journey from favored son to forgotten prisoner to faithful leader, learning what it looks like to grow through what God allows, outgrow what no longer fits, and regrow on the other side of pain.
Ready vs. Prepared — A three-session workbook series inspired by the principle that readiness without preparation is a setup for failure. Men work through self-investment, character and reputation, and intentional association — the three disciplines that turn a ready man into a prepared one.

Our fellowships are open-door gatherings where men come as they are. Food, truth, laughter, and real conversation. No performance. No pretending. This is often the first step for men who are curious about MOP but not yet ready to commit to a cohort — and for many, it becomes the front door to everything else.
Families are welcome. Sons are welcome. Bring the men in your life who need to be in the room.

Formation is not complete until it shows up on the street. MOP men put their hands to the work of their community — serving neighbors, partnering with local organizations, and making the places we live measurably better because we are in them.
We believe a man's faith becomes visible in the way he serves people who cannot repay him. Community service is where our teaching leaves the room and becomes testimony.

Fellowships introduce. Cohorts form. Service deploys. Together, they move a man from curious, to committed, to contributing — and that is the promise at the center of Men of Promises.
